Job summary

Verisure is seeking a Group Oracle Cloud ERP CoE Intern to support its expanding ERP Center of Excellence across 18 European and LATAM countries. You will work in Lisbon to centralise ERP activities, align processes, and learn via extensive internal and external training.

The role offers hands-on experiences across tickets, documentation, and dashboard design within a growing, market-leading group. The position emphasizes learning, high-impact contributions, and collaboration with diverse teams

Qualifications

• Technical or University Degree in a related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Spanish/Portuguese desirable.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment.
• Interest in IT systems and business processes with a hands-on mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide Oracle ERP Cloud functional knowledge to support best practices and releases.
• Support CoE in tickets management, analysis and issue resolution across 1st and 2nd levels.
• Develop and maintain business process documentation for stakeholders and end users.
• Contribute to ERP Cloud SCM & Procurement configurations and dashboards.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders and process owners; assist in integration enhancements.
• Prepare CoE administrative reports and monitor ERP processes.
• Conduct internal functional training for validators and end users.
