Overview

ERC Logistic Controller | Department: Service - Repair Centre | Location: Portugal/Torres Vedras | Reporting To: European Repair Centre Manager - Portugal

Responsible for the inbound and outbound support processes and data management for the Repair Center in Torres Vedras. This role will also work closely with various country-specific service organizations to ensure full transparency in spare parts repair processes and service quality, following the OTIF order guide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer support service and monitoring of key repair data for each client, management of repair RMAs, and control of delivery deadlines.
  • Provision of reports to highlight demand forecasts, delays, and the production plan.
  • Communication with internal and external clients regarding shipment status and providing regular feedback on their backlog.
  • Providing preliminary repair estimates when necessary.
  • Reviewing and applying invoicing in accordance with the rules and agreements established by the client.
  • Working closely with the logistics department on goods receipt and return processes for clients.
  • Collaborating on the new Analysis and Implementation Project to improve the quality of logistics and control processes.
  • Implementing professional quality measures based on the activities of the Madrid Repair Center and other external repair centers, working closely with the logistics team to introduce supply chain systems.
  • Maintaining, correcting, and improving all data in the JDE system.
  • Periodic inventory control of items 10031 and 10036, and support for the annual physical inventory.
  • Preparation of monthly repair reports for clients, warranties, and Glory Japan.
  • Assisting in KPI analysis within a continuous improvement framework.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Education Level: General foundational education (ESO, vocational training, intermediate or advanced modules in administration, IT systems, or related fields)
  • Windows and Microsoft Office proficiency with high proficiency
  • English — Intermediate level, both spoken and written
  • Experience: Experience in demand control, planning, and procurement
  • Logistics experience in goods reception, warehousing management
