Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a passionate Product Manager with Agile expertise to join the PSG MDP Operations squad. You will partner with the PSG Operations team to enhance MDP equity and compensation systems and translate business requirements into actionable user stories for a cloud-enabled platform.

You will work in an Agile, cross-functional team, perform data-driven backlog prioritization, conduct UAT, and collaborate with developers and QA to deliver improvements for MDP processes.

Qualifications

• 6–7 years of experience in business analysis and/or product management in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and SQL experience.
• Experience leading stakeholder meetings and partnering with developers and QA.
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, finance, or information systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PSG Operations to define enhancements for MDP equity and compensation systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical criteria and well-defined user stories.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of user stories and workflows.
• Support UAT and data-driven decision-making for backlog prioritization.
• Work with a distributed agile team and ensure high-quality deliverables.
