Job Title Preservation Architect in Lisbon

As a Preservation Architect in Lisbon you will be responsible for overseeing the preservation and restoration of historic buildings and structures You will work closely with clients contractors and local authorities to ensure that all work is carried out according to strict preservation guidelines

Your primary duties will include conducting thorough assessments of historic structures developing preservation plans and overseeing the execution of these plans You will also be responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities as well as managing project budgets and timelines

To excel in this role you should have a strong background in architecture and preservation techniques A degree in architecture or a related field is required as well as previous experience working on historic preservation projects Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is also essential

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent project management skills You must be able to effectively communicate with clients contractors and local authorities to ensure that all parties are aligned on project goals and timelines As this is a contract position strong time management skills are crucial to ensure projects are completed within the specified timeframe
