Amgen in Lisbon seeks an Equipment Delivery Project Engineer to join the Project Controls organization and support equipment delivery across Amgen's global capital project portfolio.

You will coordinate planning, tracking, documentation readiness, and reporting, collaborating with Engineering, Procurement, CQV, suppliers, and analytics teams to ensure on-time delivery and audit readiness.

Qualificações

• Doctorate, Master's, Bachelor's, or equivalent with experience in project controls, procurement, finance, or capital projects.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Roles demonstrate the ability to coordinate complex capital projects across global teams.
• Strong attention to detail and communication across functions is essential.
• Experience with regulated industries is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support equipment delivery planning and reporting for capital project packages.
• Maintain equipment registers and tracking documents.
• Prepare status updates, risk summaries, and reporting materials for reviews.
• Track procurement readiness, quotes, and open blockers.
• Monitor supplier progress, FAT, and delivery milestones.
• Maintain design submittals, vendor drawings, and interface readiness.
• Ensure audit-ready project records with traceability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and report data.
