Qualifications

We are a leading automotive dismantling company in Lisbon and we are currently seeking an entry-level Dismantler to join our team. As a Dismantler, you will be responsible for disassembling vehicles and removing parts for resale or recycling purposes. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Disassemble vehicles according to company standards and procedures
• Remove parts carefully, ensuring they are not damaged during the process
• Sort and organize removed parts for resale or recycling
• Inspect parts for quality and identify any defects or damages
• Clean, label, and store parts in designated areas
• Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles using appropriate tools

Requirements

• Previous experience in dismantling or working with automobiles is a plus
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment used in dismantling
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Basic computer skills are required
