Assist customers with inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
Collect and update customer data.
Provide product information (subscriptions, payments, technical requirements).
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction with professional and friendly responses.
EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
Native French speaker with a good level of English.
Motivation and commitment to delivering excellent service.

Contract: Fixed-term, renewable annually.
Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week, rotating shifts.
Salary:
With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1040 gross/month.
Without accommodation: €1240 gross/month.
Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months.
Airport pick-up upon arrival.
Annual return flight to your home country (within the EU).
