Johnson Controls is seeking an Information Security Engineer to join the Global Information Security team. The role will design and implement robust security architectures, align with standards, assess security posture, and guide secure deployments across the enterprise.

The successful candidate will combine technical breadth with strong communication skills, collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, and business units, and stay ahead of emerging threats and technologies in a global context.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in information security, including deploying security solutions, security of application in corporate environment.
• Broad technical expertise in endpoint and platform security, IAM, cloud security, and network security.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement enterprise-wide security reference architectures.
• Ensure alignment with global security standards and policies.
• Approve final designs and validate builds for compliance.
• Follow the Security Posture Assessment process and present phase gates to stakeholders.
• Conduct security posture assessments for new initiatives and identify risks in third-party solutions.
• Collaborate with service management and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business units and IT teams.
• Create high-quality technical documentation, white papers, and presentations.
• Stay current on emerging threats and technologies; recommend improvements in security posture.
