Elementis Global seeks a Data Architecture & Governance Manager to revise and maintain the enterprise data architecture, enforce the governance framework, and ensure data is trustworthy, secure, and aligned with business needs. You will translate requirements into architectural direction for internal teams and external partners.

You will own the governance framework, oversee global MDM, ensure GDPR compliance, and drive data quality, standardization, and scalable solutions across the data lake,

Qualificações

• Strong experience in data governance, architecture, and data quality.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into architectural directions.
• Experience collaborating with external delivery teams and vendors.
• Knowledge of GDPR, data ethics, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with data lake architectures and MDM principles.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update enterprise data models (conceptual, logical, physical).
• Define integration patterns, data flows, and architectural principles.
• Own data governance framework, policies, metadata, and compliance controls.
• Oversee MDM across Data Platform and ERP systems with external partners.
• Review designs and validate data models, pipelines, and integration approaches.
• Translate business requirements into governance and architecture requirements.
