Qualifications

• Currently residing in Lisbon, Portugal, and available to work on-site.
• Very good written and spoken English (C1 preferred).

• Willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous but not essential.
