Job summary

You will mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence across the team. You will collaborate with product and design, drive Agile practices, and ensure high quality through reviews and engineering discipline.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in object‑oriented programming and scalable system design.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring engineers.
• Production experience with incident handling and escalations.
• Good understanding of APIs and distributed systems.
