Farfetch in Porto is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to drive the technical vision and culture of our B2B Integrations team. You will guide a multidisciplinary group of backend and integration engineers responsible for the nervous system of our B2B ecosystem, handling product catalogs, order relays, and returns with partners.

You will mentor, set goals, push for CI/CD, test automation, and scalable architectures while partnering with Product to translate requirements into a robust tech roadmap

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary software teams in an integrations domain.
• Strong understanding of modern distributed systems and event-driven architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of backend and integration engineers.
• Own lifecycle, health, and scalability of B2B integration pipelines (ingest catalogs, order relays, returns).
• Collaborate with Product to translate requirements into a robust technical roadmap.
• Advocate CI/CD, test automation, site reliability, and agile practices.
• Contribute to talent acquisition and onboarding to grow the team.
