TuxCare, a CloudLinux product, is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Language Security Research function across four teams (Java, JavaScript/Go, Python, PHP). You will define the technical direction and establish engineering standards for live vulnerability patching and secure end-of-life software management.

You will mentor engineers, shape hiring plans, conduct performance reviews, and ensure SLA compliance while coordinating with OS, Docker, and platform teams to deliver

Qualificações

• 6+ years of hands-on software development across multiple languages.
• 3+ years in engineering leadership within a product company.
• Experience with CVE triage, patch backporting, or related security research.

Responsabilidades

• Set and enforce standards for CVE analysis and patch delivery across ecosystems.
• Lead four teams and guide their technical direction and delivery.
• Ensure SLA compliance and align work with client expectations.
• Coordinate with OS, Docker, and platform teams to manage dependencies.
