Cloudflare in Lisbon is seeking an Engineering Manager for Browser Run. You will own end-to-end engineering, the people, the roadmap, the reliability, and how we communicate value to customers.

This hands-on leadership role reports to the Senior Engineering Manager for AI Agents Tooling & Platform and partners with Product Management, Developer Relations, and platform teams. Browser Run powers browser sessions on Cloudflare’s global network, enabling Puppeteer/Playwright workflows, CDP

Qualificações

• 2+ years managing engineering teams.
• Experience owning a production service end to end.
• Growing engineers — promotions and leadership.
• Hands-on familiarity with browser automation.
• Strong grounding in distributed systems.
• Partnering with Product Management to set a roadmap.
• Excellent written communication for internal and public content.
• Experience hiring: writing job descriptions and interviews.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, coach and grow the team of systems engineers behind Browser Run — 1:1s, career development, performance conversations, and hiring.
• Own the Browser Run roadmap and delivery, with clear visibility into priorities and trade-offs.
• Partner with Product Management to shape direction and ensure incubation product shipping.
• Own Browser Run's operational health: fleet capacity, session reliability, latency, concurrency, on-call rotations, and incident follow-through.
• Represent Browser Run externally through launches, docs, talks, and customer conversations.
