Responsabilidades

• Understand the failure mechanisms caused by thermal–mechanical loads.
• Understand the interactions between different material/design combinations.
• Understand the manufacturing impact (process parameters – focus on reflow).
• Create design rules for SIP components to mitigate failure mechanisms.
• Use simulation tools to support load path analysis.
