Job summary

team.it is seeking an experienced Test Automation professional to lead automation efforts in a hybrid Lisbon project. You will mentor juniors, drive best practices, and own automated test assets for frontend and API testing.

We value strong CI/CD knowledge with Jenkins, GitLab, SonarQube and Nexus, and you will shape feasibility studies and continuous improvements across the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Test Automation.
• Strong experience with Playwright and frameworks such as Cucumber or Robot Framework.
• Experience in Frontend and API test automation.
• Proven experience as a technical lead and mentoring juniors.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated test cases and assets.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD and related tools.

What you need to join us:

• 5+ years of experience in Test Automation;
• Strong experience with Playwright and test automation frameworks such as Cucumber or Robot Framework;
• Experience in Frontend and API test automation;
• Proven experience acting as a technical lead, mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices;
• Experience developing and maintaining automated test cases and test assets;
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, including Jenkins, GitLab, SonarQube and Nexus;
• Experience with Jenkins job creation and maintenance and Jenkinsfile development;
• Experience in defect analysis related to automated testing;
• Ability to assess test automation feasibility and identify opportunities for continuous improvement;
• Strong knowledge of test automation best practices and standards.

- It’s a hybrid project in Lisbon.
