We are hiring a Empregado de mesa (M/F) - World of Wine to join our team at The Fladgate Partnership in Vila Nova de Gaia.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a renowned cultural and tourist attraction that features museums, restaurants, a wine school, and event spaces.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving food and beverages to customers following established standards;
• Welcoming and attending to customers, explaining menus, taking orders, and transmitting them to the respective sections;
• Maintaining attractive and consistent presentation of all orders;
• Ensuring all orders are served at the correct temperature;
• Keeping the premises clean, organized, and ready to receive guests;
• Adhering to quality standards of products and service;
• Providing high-quality customer service, addressing inquiries, and handling complaints effectively;
• Assisting in stock control and periodic inventories.

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of the English language;
• Teamwork and cooperation skills;
• Availability to work during operational hours, including weekends and holidays;
• Full-time or part-time availability.
