You will connect business needs with listening solutions, strengthen engagement, wellbeing, and the employee lifecycle during organizational transformation. Fluent English and cross-cultural collaboration are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, psychology, or related field.
• Experience with employee listening, people analytics, or HR tech.
• Fluent English, strong stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with HR and business stakeholders on listening topics.
• Translate needs into listening activities and solutions.
• Support surveys: engagement, wellbeing, pulse, leadership feedback.
• Analyze feedback data to identify trends and insights.
• Transform data into clear recommendations and actions.
• Collaborate with operations to improve listening solutions.
