Bosch Service Solutions in Lisbon is seeking an Employee Listening & Insights Specialist to transform employee voices into actionable insights that inform people strategies and business decisions.

You will partner with HR and global teams to design listening programs, analyze feedback, and translate data into concrete actions that improve engagement, wellbeing, and leadership effectiveness across the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Experience in Employee Experience, Employee Listening, Organizational Development, People Analytics, or HR Technology.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Experience with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Medallia, Peakon, CultureAmp, Glint) is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with HR and business stakeholders on employee listening and experience topics.
• Translate organizational needs into effective listening activities and solutions.
• Support the delivery of employee surveys, including engagement, wellbeing, pulse, leadership feedback, and lifecycle listening.
• Analyze employee feedback data and identify trends and insights.
• Transform data into clear recommendations and support action planning.
• Collaborate with operational and platform teams to continuously improve listening solutions.
