Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in the insurance sector (mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Portuguese (native) and English (fluent) are mandatory.
• Solid command of Microsoft Excel (essential).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients and partners throughout risk-management, including negotiation of market solutions, benchmarking, and due diligence.
• Analyse and prepare reports on claims experience and technical insurance metrics.
• Interpret claims data across coverages, with a focus on health insurance.
• Support client management teams in day-to-day administration of employee benefits programmes.
