The role combines two key aspects: building technical solutions as well as understanding business needs and opportunities.

The person will work closely with program owners and an extended team of tech-savvy colleagues across the region to build practical solutions that enhance finance processes and then support their rollout and scaling.

In this role you will use a wide range of tools and platforms to turn use cases, concepts, and ideas into functioning solutions. • Support the scaling of solutions developed by the team.
  • Understand business needs:
    • Connect the technical side with business needs by understanding what finance teams do day-to-day, identifying opportunities, gaps, challenges, and use cases, and translating them into practical solutions.
  • Enable adoption & upskilling:
    • Support roll-out efforts and hands-on implementation of solutions across different finance functions and teams.
    • Explain tool functionality and demonstrate use cases in an accessible, user-friendly way.
    • Contribute to training content and support “Train the Trainer” initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Core & peer teams:
    • Work closely with Core Team colleagues on build, design and delivery of solutions.
