ZEISS Group in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Supply Planner for a two-year fixed-term contract to ensure reliable European product supply. You will coordinate orders, monitor stock and demand, manage purchase orders, and collaborate with international suppliers and internal teams to prioritise supply.

The role involves planning for the European central warehouse, risk analysis, and supporting SAP IBP implementation with data maintenance and process improvements. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in supply planning, production planning, capacity or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of MRP logic within an ERP system.
• Experience with international suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work across international teams and interfaces.
• Ability to manage complex supply and production environments.
• Very good written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Plan product supply for European central warehouse and direct shipments.
• Manage purchase orders and coordinate supply priorities with suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and demand changes.
• Analyse supply risks, bottlenecks, phase-ins/outs, and supplier changes.
• Prepare analyses and planning scenarios to support decisions.
• Collaborate with international teams and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Support process improvement and SAP IBP implementation, including planning settings.
• Maintain accurate planning data for the European supply chain.
