Job summary

Kardex Group, a world leader in automated storage and retrieval solutions, seeks a Project Purchaser - Partner Management for the EMEA region, based in Lisbon, Portugal. You will own project-related sourcing, RFQs, supplier selection and commercial negotiations to deliver on time, within budget and to required quality.

Working with Project Management, Engineering and Installations, you will build and maintain a robust partner network, manage contract terms, and mitigate supplier risks across

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement within project-driven environments (logistics, automation, or construction).
• Completed training in a commercial field; a university degree and certifications are advantageous.
• Excellent English skills; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project-related sourcing across EMEA: RFQs, supplier selection, negotiations, and award recommendations.
• Lead commercial negotiations and project-specific contract terms and schedules.
• Develop and maintain strong partner relationships while identifying alternative suppliers to strengthen the network.
• Support project execution with cross-functional teams to ensure cost, quality, delivery and contractual compliance.
• Identify and mitigate commercial, contractual and supplier risks early in the project lifecycle.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement actions as needed.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of sourcing strategies and partner management processes across EMEA.
