Kardex Group in Portugal is seeking a Project Purchaser – Partner Management EMEA to lead project-related sourcing across the EMEA region. You will manage RFQs, supplier selection, negotiations and contract terms to ensure cost, quality and timely delivery on AutoStore projects.

You will build and maintain strong partner networks, work with Project Management, Engineering and Installation, and continuously improve procurement standards across EMEA while mitigating commercial risks.

Qualificações

• Experience in procurement in project-driven environments such as logistics, automation, or construction.
• Completed commercial training; a university degree is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills for supplier relationships and contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project-related sourcing across EMEA including RFQs, supplier selection, negotiations and award recommendations.
• Manage commercial terms, pricing, schedules and contract responsibilities for project agreements.
• Develop and maintain partner relationships while evaluating alternative suppliers to strengthen the network.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Installation and Sales to ensure cost, quality and delivery requirements.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and supplier-related risks early in projects and drive improvement actions.
