Marsh in Lisbon is seeking an experienced EMEA Regional Benefits Manager to lead renewals and align programs across 48 countries for about 22,000 employees.

The role is hybrid, requiring three days in the office weekly and reports to the Regional Benefits Leader, EMEA within the Benefits & Mobility Center of Excellence. You will manage a team and collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and HR services.

Partner with Global Benefits Management on renewals, cost optimisation, and harmonisation.
