Marsh is seeking an EMEA Benefits Analyst to support planning and delivery of benefits activities across the EMEA region, including mergers & acquisitions, harmonization, and enhancements. The role collaborates with regional HR, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and external vendors to ensure competitive and compliant programs.

The successful candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with benefits platforms.

Qualificações

• Experience in benefits, rewards or HR analytics.
• Exposure to multi-country or regional HR or benefits environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience working with employee benefits platforms and/or benefits administration systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other standard business tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support the planning and delivery of EMEA benefits activities and projects in partnership with the Regional Benefits Manager.
• Analyze benefits data and gather documentation to support mergers, acquisitions, and other regional initiatives.
• Contribute to benefits harmonization, redesign, and enhancement projects across countries and business units.
• Maintain and update benefits data, trackers, project plans, and supporting documentation.
• Partner with local HR teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to validate information, resolve issues, and support the timely execution of benefits initiatives.
• Assist with benefits system updates, reporting, renewals, governance checks, and process improvement activities across the region.
