Job summary

Versigent is seeking an engineer to support wiring harness validation through hands-on design, assembly, and commissioning of electrical test equipment across its manufacturing sites in the EMEA region.

The role requires frequent travel (up to 60%), strong collaboration with Production, Quality, Engineering, and suppliers, and a focus on safety and process optimization. A bachelor’s degree in engineering and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience with electrical test systems for manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read customer specs and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Design, assemble, and commission electrical test equipment for wiring harness validation.
• Deploy standardized testing processes across multiple sites in EMEA.
• Configure test setups and troubleshoot I/O, pneumatics, and basic PLC/Python interfaces.
• Document procedures, calibration guidelines, and maintenance instructions.
• Train local teams and ensure safety and compliance in testing activities.
