Matchtech Group seeks an Electrical Project Manager (Owner's Representative) to lead the delivery of large-scale electrical and MEP packages for data centre and mission-critical infrastructure projects on a contract basis in Portugal. You will provide strong electrical engineering and project management leadership to ensure safety, efficiency and timely project delivery.

The role requires hands-on delivery experience, subcontractor coordination, and robust programme management.

Qualificações

• Strong background in electrical engineering, installation, or MEP project delivery.
• Experience delivering data centre or mission-critical projects.

• Understanding of electrical construction, sequencing and site delivery.

Our client is seeking an Electrical Project Manager (Owner's Representative) to support the delivery of major data centre and mission-critical infrastructure projects on a contract basis. The role will provide strong electrical engineering and project management leadership across large-scale electrical and MEP installation packages, ensuring safe, efficient and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of large-scale electrical and MEP installation packages


• Drive programme milestones, installation progress and sequencing across multiple work fronts


• Coordinate subcontractors and manage site delivery priorities

Job Requirements:

• Strong construction delivery experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar project leadership role


• Background in electrical engineering, electrical installation or MEP project delivery


• Experience delivering mission-critical or data centre projects in fast-paced environments


• Strong subcontractor coordination and programme management capability


• Understanding of electrical construction, installation sequencing and site delivery processes


• Practical, site-driven and technically strong approach to project management


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across delivery teams
