Qualificações

• Plans the electrical equipment for conversion and new construction measures.
• Organizes the use of personnel, machines, materials and resources.
• Coordinates cooperation between departments and external companies.
• Monitors the commissioning of electrical operating equipment.
• Analyzes weaknesses and initiates improvements.
• Plans and coordinates all maintenance and necessary repair work.

Your chance

• Plans the electrical equipment for conversion and new construction measures
• Organizes the use of personnel, machines, materials and resources according to criteria of economy and deadlines
• Coordinates the cooperation between your own area, the departments of factory technology, production and, if necessary, external companies
• Monitors the commissioning of electrical operating equipment in accordance with specifications
• Analyzes weaknesses and optimization opportunities and initiates improvements
• Follows and analyzes technical developments, as well as checks and implements possible uses
• Optimized maintenance schedules
• Ensures and plans and coordinates all maintenance and necessary repair work on electronic operating equipment
• Manages repairs by external parties after coordination with the responsible cost managers
• Promotes a respectful work environment and recruits, develops and retains human resources to maintain a qualified, motivated and productive workforce. Leads by example and lives up to Benteler's mission, values and global leadership principles. Uses standard HR tools e.g. the appraisal process to provide regular feedback and agree upon tasks and goals with respective employees
• Enforces and follows safety procedures within the maintenance organization being attentive to unsafe behaviors or conditions, and taking necessary corrective actions
