A leading consulting firm in Lisbon is searching for a Senior Technician to manage documentation and administrative tasks for electrical projects. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience with low and medium voltage documentation, possess a higher technical qualification in Electricity, and be proficient in project management tools. Responsibilities include processing permits, managing procedures on client platforms, and supervising subcontractors. Proficiency in Portuguese is a must, and knowledge of English and Spanish is advantageous.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of experience in managing low and medium voltage documentation.
• Experience with administrative procedures with public authorities.
• Ability to supervise works and subcontractors.

Responsabilidades

• Processing permits, licenses, and authorizations.
• Managing procedures on the client’s platform for project management.
• Document management and preparation for low and medium voltage projects.

Conhecimentos

Experience in electrical projects

Knowledge of electrical regulations

Proficiency in project management software

Advanced use of office software

Language skills in Portuguese, English, and Spanish

Formação académica
