ASR Group in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks an Electrical Engineer to support the Electrical, Instrument, and Automation team in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining the plant electrical network. You will lead the Electrical and Instruments maintenance team, design projects with internal or external teams, and ensure compliance with budgets and standards.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of power generation, control techniques, and system analysis.
• Experience with Variable Speed Drives and PLCs.
• Ability to assist in electrical network sizing studies.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Support the management team in leading, building, and developing the Electrical and Instruments maintenance team.
• Design and implement electrical projects with internal teams or outsourced suppliers, ensuring stakeholder requirements are met.
• Adhere to budget requirements.
• Assist in updating the electrical system to current standards.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and spare parts strategies with the Electrical Manager.
• Enforce mandatory inspections in line with official certif ication requirements.
• Participate in process teams, lead asset health initiatives, and drive reliability-centered maintenance and root cause analysis.
