Winthrop Technologies is seeking an Electrical Construction Manager to lead on-site electrical construction activities for Europe’s data centre projects. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver electrical works safely, on program, and within budget, collaborating with project managers, engineers, planners, subcontractors and client teams.

The role demands a strong background in electrical systems and project leadership, with a track record of managing large-scale installations and budgets.

Qualificações

• Trade background or qualification in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Construction.
• Proven experience as Electrical Construction Manager or senior site role.
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV systems and electrical installations.
• Experience managing subcontractors on large or complex projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Developing a detailed construction plan, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Coordinating equipment acquisition to meet project specs and quality standards.
• Managing contractors, overseeing their work and subcontractors when needed, ensuring safety.
• Implementing quality control measures for electrical installations.
• Monitoring project costs and keeping the project within budget, including tracking equipment.
• Overseeing timelines to ensure on-time installation and avoid delays.

We are seeking an Electrical Construction Manager who will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of all electrical construction activities on site, ensuring works are completed safely, on program, within budget, and to specification. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, engineers, planners, subcontractors, and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing a detailed construction plan, including scheduling and resource allocation
• Coordinating the acquisition of equipment, ensuring they meet the project's specifications and quality standards.
• Managing the contractors by overseeing their work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing subcontractors when necessary.
• Implementing quality control measures to ensure that the installation of equipment items meets the required standards and specifications.
• Monitoring project costs and ensuring that the project stays within budget, including tracking equipment items.
• Overseeing project timelines and making sure that installation work is completed on time to avoid delays.
