Qualificações

Your Mission

As a Product Specialist, you will work closely with the Product Manager to drive the success of our ventilation and monitoring solutions across North Italy. You will be the key link between marketing, sales, and customers, ensuring the effective execution of marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and optimize market positioning.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Field Marketing Activities (50%)
   Deliver impactful product demonstrations to customers and key stakeholders.
   Train and support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
   Represent Getinge during congresses and industry events.
   Assist the Product Manager with new product launches and field activities.
   Oversee product quality activities in collaboration with the sales team.
2. Tender Management (20%)
   Prepare and analyze technical documentation for public tenders.
   Define optimal technical configurations with the Sales team.
   Ensure seamless documentation transfer to the T&O Department.
3. Marketing Strategies & Activities (20%)
   Assist in developing and executing marketing plans to achieve sales and profit targets.
   Collaborate internationally to share best practices and strategies.
   Support the localization of marketing materials (translation & validation).
   Manage the DEMO product pool and maintain top-notch salesforce competence.
   Oversee the order configuration process for production.
4. Market Analysis (10%)
   Monitor competitors and analyze market trends.
   Provide strategic insights to the Product Manager to optimize marketing actions.
   Help refine local pricing strategies within international guidelines.

What You Bring to the Team

2-3 years of experience as a Product Specialist or similar role in Medical Devices.

Degree in a related field (Biomedical, Engineering, or Business preferred).
Strong presentation & communication skills (verbal & written).
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for healthcare innovation.
Strong team spirit and ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ideally with Salesforce CRM knowledge.
Fluent in Italian, with good English skills.

Preferably based in Lombardy region.
