Based in Ipswich but with roles through the UK, IPRS Health is one of the UK’s leading providers of physiotherapy, mental health and wellbeing services, to the Occupational Health, Insurance and Legal sectors. IPRS Health are a forward-thinking organization, utilizing the latest in digital innovations to provide first-class clinical services to their patients.
We are looking for a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our existing team. The successful applicant will hold a clinical caseload providing assessment and treatment to patients experiencing common mental health problems as well as supporting a small team of therapists to deliver the service.
Your success will contribute to the continued growth of the mental health team.
Salary range: £32,000-£39,000 per annum

We are looking for our new Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to be a team player, communicate effectively with internal and external customers verbally and in writing, time manage to meet agreed deadlines in a demanding environment and to be motivated to contribute to helping thousands each year.
You will be computer literate with good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
Importantly you will be able to work with your team to achieve the best outcomes for your patients. Be able to effectively problem solve and prioritise. Communicate effectively and be able to effectively time manage to meet agreed deadlines in a demanding environment.
Salary: £32,000 - £39,000 per annum
Position: Permanent/full time 40 hours per week/Monday-Friday
