What you’ll do:

  • Be the Go-To Problem Solver – Own and resolve incoming support requests, providing hands-on technical support for our product in high tech dynamic production environments
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with internal Engineering teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues. You'll be the bridge that turns challenges into solutions
  • Drive Continuous Improvement – Evolve our support tools, processes, and infrastructure so we can scale smarter and respond faster. Your ideas and action will directly shape how we work
  • Keep the Customer in the Loop – communicate progress clearly and consistently, ensuring customers always know where things stand

What you must have:

  • Knowledge in relational Databases – interpret a data model and being able to retrieve and analyze data
  • Excellent English skills – spoken and written
  • Time management, organization and prioritization
  • Attention to detail – thorough in work carried out
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills – working together to meet deadlines
  • Initiative – seeking continuous improvement and implementing best practice in technology environment

What we consider a plus (not mandatory):

  • Knowledge with SQL Server
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes or other container platforms
