Qualificações

We support our brands’ marketing strategies at scale through an internal team of over 1000 global digital specialists.

Position Summary
The eContent Account Specialist acts as a key driver of Nestlé’s eBusiness Strategy within the Global Transformation initiative. The role involves enabling the activation of IMS’ in-house 'Content Services' solution and supporting markets and businesses throughout the Product Content lifecycle, including creation, adaptation, distribution, and monitoring of product eContent assets across all touchpoints. This service enhances marketing scalability, automation, cost efficiency, and speed to markets.

The main goal of the eContent Account Specialist is to serve as the interface between Nestlé’s global and regional stakeholders, local markets, and the IMS Content Services team. This involves:

  • Driving adoption of Nestlé’s internal content solutions and supporting their activation
  • Delivering world-class service
  • Assessing and managing business and market demand plans
  • Coordinating global and regional projects from planning to implementation
  • Problem solving
  • Providing insights based on available data
  • Maintaining operational documentation to ensure proper execution of services, including processes, service catalogues, training materials, and briefs
  • Conducting regular operational reviews with internal and external suppliers to monitor service delivery, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure SLAs are met
  • Leading periodic meetings with business and market teams to strengthen relationships, explore new opportunities, and grow the account
  • Liaising with the Finance & Control team for accurate and timely chargebacks for services provided to markets and businesses
  • Ensuring compliance with Nestlé global standards, including managing routine processes, market deployment, and control best practices

What will make you successful

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or content/digital account management
  • Experience working with high-volume, multi-platform, complex tasks
  • Experience in a corporate and multicultural environment
  • Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem
  • Good knowledge of digital content production and lifecycle management
  • Understanding of branding and content identity
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Excellent presentation and selling skills
  • Experience with project management and tracking tools (cost, time, budget, resources)
  • Strong marketing mindset and business-driven approach
  • Proficiency in English (advanced level)
  • Experience in creative/media/advertising agencies is a plus
  • Knowledge of French and Spanish is preferred
