Bosch Portugal in Ovar is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to validate the mechanics of displays and remote controls for the next generation of eBikes. You will drive reliability testing and coordinate with production plants to ensure mass-production readiness.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience in validation, robustness testing, and reliability verification during development and production.
• Strong knowledge of environmental and mechanical validation methods (vibration, thermal shock, ingress protection).

Responsabilidades

• Validate the mechanics of display units, remote controls, and sensor modules for the next generation of eBikes.
• Drive the product reliability testing process from initial requirement analysis and concept testing up to the final release for mass production.
• Translate product requirements into mechanical design improvements and technical drawings, coordinating with production plants and suppliers to secure mass-production standards.
• Represent validation and reliability as an active member of the cross-functional project team, supporting the testing teams directly in our production plants.
• Thrive in a multidisciplinary, cross-site team, sharing your technical expertise and aligning test specifications across international Bosch eBike development sites.
