Job Description

1. Participate in internal training projects and complete documentation in the training area (e.g., Single Act).
2. Record activities in internal management and monitoring tools related to professional training.
3. Manage user licenses for e-learning platforms provided by DVT.
4. Handle internal tickets, including receiving, resolving, and closing them.
5. Contact external suppliers (national and international) to request quotes and register collaborators.
6. Send accounting documents to the finance department and follow established procedures.
7. Maintain updated databases to support decision-making.

Qualifications

1. Degree in HR Management or related field.
2. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
3. Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities.
7. High attention to detail.
8. Ability to multitask with good organizational and prioritization skills.
