Your Role

As the Sales Director, Commercial HVAC Applied, your mission will be to manage sales and business activities in Portugal and lead outside sales efforts to meet the Applied Sales Plan and objectives. You will be responsible for enhancing the performance of the outside sales team and ensuring the achievement of KPIs (Sales and GM). Additionally, you will contribute to business coordination and represent the company in relevant entities.

Responsibilities
  • Translate the global Sales strategy into local go-to-market strategies
  • Execute and achieve the Sales Applied Plan for Portugal
  • Design and drive Sales Initiatives in the country
  • Manage the Sales Team (sales representatives and back-office)
  • Manage and develop customer relationships, being responsible for the customer portfolio and sales activities

Candidate Profile

Minimum requirements include:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales Management roles, preferably in multinational/global companies with a matrix structure
  • Sound knowledge of the HVAC market and relevant stakeholders such as engineering companies and installers
  • Proven experience in leading sales teams and managing business KPIs
  • Results-oriented with proactive lead generation skills
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (C1 level)
  • Valid EU work permit
