What Youll Do

Assist Swedish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to subscriptions, accounts, payments, and technical issues.

Deliver a high-quality customer experience, maintaining professionalism and empathy at all times.

Resolve issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Guide customers through Viaplays platform features and offer tailored solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.

Who You Are

Native-level fluency in Swedish and good command of English (B2 level or higher).

Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating streaming platforms and basic troubleshooting.

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit required.
