One of our partner companies is currently looking for a Revenue Operations Manager in Portugal, Spain, Czechia, or Greece.

This role is ideal for a process-oriented professional with experience in revenue operations, cost efficiency, and profitability optimization. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing frameworks that drive sustainable business growth. This includes leading performance reviews, improving partner profitability, and identifying cost-saving opportunities across functions. The ideal candidate has a background in project management or FP&A and is comfortable analyzing complex financial metrics to support data-driven decision-making. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and take ownership of delivering strategic results across multiple revenue streams.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead performance review meetings to align on results, identify deviations, and propose actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain performance analysis frameworks across markets, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and optimize Cost of Sales (CoS), developing tracking tools and initiating cost reduction initiatives.
  • Analyze partner profitability and design strategies to enhance revenue contributions across key accounts.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders and finance teams to integrate operational efficiencies into planning.
  • Deliver short- and mid-term results including root cause analysis, performance deviation reports, and corrective action plans.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Project Management, FP&A, or business process optimization.
  • Industry background in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or B2B travel tech is preferred.
  • Familiarity with pricing models, cost structures, financial forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Experience in Big-4 consulting or investment banking is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling using Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive strategic outcomes at scale.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of key financial metrics including CAC, LTV, and gross margin.
  • Flexible schedule with full remote working options.
