Qualificações

  • Até 2 anos de experiência em pesquisa de consumo ou pesquisa customizada.
  • Experiência em projetos globais ou multi-país.
  • Fluente em inglês.

Responsabilidades

  • Gerenciar o ciclo de vida do projeto, incluindo design de questionários e acompanhamento de campo.
  • Coordenar equipes internas e atuar como ponto de contato diário com os clientes.
  • Realizar análises precisas para fornecer pontos de ação claros.

Job Description:

Our Consumer & Marketing Insights (CMI) Department enables clients to make data-driven decisions to help them grow. We listen to their needs, establish research strategies, and provide relevant insights and recommendations, all while minimizing their time investment by supporting their decision-making process.

We are looking for a passionate individual about all aspects of (market) research, capable of managing projects from start to finish. You should understand client needs and perform precise analyses to deliver clear action points, collaborating with team members across the company.

Main responsibilities include:
  1. Managing the project lifecycle, including questionnaire design, quotas, material updates, fieldwork follow-up, data weighting, report template updates, and automation processes.
  2. Coordinating internal teams such as Project Management, Marketing Science, and IT Development.
  3. Serving as a daily contact point with clients.
About you:
  • Up to 2 years of experience in consumer or custom research, quantitative research, with data usage, and questionnaire work. Client-facing experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable with client interactions, clear and assertive communication skills.
  • Experience with Brand Tracking and interest in various methodologies (consumer, advertising, behavioral, qualitative).
  • Experience with global or multi-country projects, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage research projects effectively.
  • Positive, open, and people-oriented attitude.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in advanced market research topics.
  • Fluent in English.
