You are a Russian speaker and a social media enthusiast? We are recruiting T3 Developer Support Agent - Russian speaking to Lisbon in Portugal.

Your working day :

  • Manage and resolve escalations from developers regarding their apps;
  • Simplify complex issues and communicate clearly via email, ticketing, and chat;
  • Conduct detailed research and demonstrate advanced comprehension;
  • Handle multiple tasks and complex decisions;
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, understanding app store policies, and showing developer empathy;
  • Review and maintain data, proofreading documents for publication.
What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job :
  • Fluent in Russian & good English
  • 1-2 years experience in Technical Support
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
  • Valid work permit in Portugal

Minimum Requirements
