Job Description:

We are looking for a French Quality Analyst to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met. Your responsibilities will include monitoring procedures, evaluating calls, providing feedback, and participating in calibration sessions to maintain quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring CSR performance through call reviews
  • Providing constructive feedback to improve service quality
  • Participating in team meetings and calibration sessions
  • Reporting issues and assisting in program monitoring
  • Ensuring compliance with security policies

To succeed, you should have:

  • Native or proficient French (C2)
  • Advanced English skills (C1-C2)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in customer service or BPO
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
  • Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal (on-site work)
Education and Experience:
  • At least 1 year in customer service or BPO
  • Relevant professional education or certification
