Qualificações

Job Description:

Since 2018, we’ve been providing peace of mind to travelers to more than 200 worldwide destinations.

We are a young and international team of over 500 people based all around the world, working to provide stress-free experiences for all travelers.

Responsibilities:
  • Grow and optimize existing affiliate collaborations, establishing successful and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and actively recruit new affiliate partners and revenue drivers.
  • Account manage new affiliate partnerships, from commercial negotiations through to technical integrations and optimizations.
  • Closely monitor affiliate activity and performance, including fraud checks.
  • Ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines across all online channels.
  • Help increase our position in strategic markets.
  • Develop, manage, and execute local strategies.
Requirements:
  • Native or fluent Portuguese speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • English level C1; Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration preferred.
  • SEO knowledge and experience with tools such as Ahrefs (desirable).
  • 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing with a proven success record in driving traffic and conversions.
  • Experience in data analysis using tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Optimize.
  • SQL and BigQuery knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience or familiarity with the travel industry, international SIM cards, and mobile connectivity solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to work with international teams across different time zones.
