Title and Summary

Manager, Product Management, Acceptance Channel Enablement

The vision of Mastercard's Global Acceptance team is to make Mastercard the best way to pay everywhere. With our powerful suite of acceptance products, we are shaping the online and in-store payment experiences of the future.
The rise of digital payments and technological advancements have led to various Channel Partner players in the payments value chain, such as Payment Facilitators, Payment Orchestrators, Gateways, PSPs, ISVs, etc. These partners sit between merchants and acquirers and reshape how payments are accepted with innovative software solutions.
We seek a Manager for our Channel Partner Enablement team. This role involves building programs, customer-facing products, value propositions, bundles, and thought leadership content to meet partner needs and deepen engagement. It also involves equipping regional and local sales teams with enablement materials and insights.
This global role offers strategic, analytical, and product opportunities with significant career growth prospects in the payment industry.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, curious, analytical, strategic, entrepreneurial, and experienced in product management. Knowledge of the acquiring landscape and emerging verticals like Real Estate, Utilities, SMEs, Healthcare/Fitness, and Professional & Personal Services is advantageous.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop products for Channel Partners, ensuring alignment with the broader Product organization and regional teams. Lead Go-To-Market strategies and support UI/UX development.
  • Conduct ongoing market research on trends driven by Channel Partners/Enablers.
  • Develop landscape analyses, value propositions, and Go-to-Market strategies, including business cases and market sizing for digital products.
  • Create programs and bundled solutions to promote product adoption and cater to different verticals.
  • Develop product narratives, sales enablement materials, best practices, and insights to support market needs.
  • Evolve thought leadership through white papers, social media campaigns, etc., to position Mastercard as a partner of choice.
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, urgency, customer focus, and integrity.

About You:

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in product management, including Go-to-Market plans, business cases, value propositions, and sales materials.
  • Experience in building products and thought leadership content.
  • Ownership mindset and decision-making capability.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate globally across cultures.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Proven relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience living and studying abroad preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a successful track record.
  • Experience in launching new products, programs, or bundles.
