Job Description: Fleet Mobility Key Account Manager - Portugal

Your Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement plans leveraging the "Total Mobility" solutions to enhance sustainability and efficiency for fleet customers.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in large and medium-sized fleets in Portugal, demonstrating the benefits of Total Mobility.
- Solution Selling: Use solution-selling techniques to align Goodyear's products and services with customer sustainability and efficiency goals.
- Problem-Solving: Address customer issues promptly, leveraging Total Mobility to provide innovative solutions.
- Consulting: Collaborate with clients to identify operational improvements and promote sustainable solutions.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities within the Portuguese fleet market, emphasizing the advantages of Total Mobility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business economics or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in fleet management, tire sales, telematics, or B2B account management, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong solution-selling skills and customer relationship management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and goal-driven.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Location and Travel Requirements:
Location: Porto, Portugal
Availability to travel up to 80% of the time.
