We are currently looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst in Portugal.

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will support HR, IT, and Finance teams by optimizing and managing Workday systems. Your responsibilities include system configurations, troubleshooting, and enhancing business processes to ensure smooth operations and data integrity. You will also implement new features, analyze workflows, and drive system efficiency. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in HRIS eager to grow their technical and analytical skills in a dynamic environment.

Accountabilities:

• Gather and translate business requirements into system solutions through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Configure, enhance, and test Workday systems.
• Support end-users during feature rollouts and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct audits for system accuracy, security, and compliance.
• Maintain documentation for training and process alignment.
• Analyze workflows and recommend operational improvements.
• Optimize HRIS by applying best practices.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with Workday system implementation or management (preferably across multiple modules).
• Workday certifications are highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Greenhouse or Adaptive (a plus).
• Project management experience (an advantage).
