• The level of English should be at least C1.
• Location will be Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra, and the working model will be hybrid (at least 2 days in the office). Candidates must reside in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Seamless Delivery: Collaborate with product owners and delivery leads to ensure smooth feature releases and optimize the path to production.
• Champion Quality Code: Maintain high software development standards and rigorous quality assurance practices for robust applications.
• Shape Technical Strategy: Develop and implement your team's technology roadmap aligned with the company's vision, fostering innovation.
• Cultivate Collaboration: Foster a positive, collaborative team environment. Mentor and support team members to achieve shared goals.
• Leverage Shared Components: Contribute to and utilize shared platforms for new feature development, promoting consistency and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Accessibility Champion: Proven experience developing web applications compliant with WCAG accessibility guidelines, ensuring inclusivity.
• Full-Stack Proficiency: Over 5 years of experience with modern full-stack development using TypeScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, and testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress.
• Cloud Native Development: Experience with cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and serverless platforms such as AWS Lambda or equivalent.
• CI/CD Mastery: Proficiency in configuring and managing CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools for automated software delivery.
