Role: Appian Developer

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon

Requirements:

1. Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar;
2. Minimum 1 year of experience as an Appian Developer;
3. Experience in designing architecture and developing applications using Appian;
4. At least 2 years of experience working on BPM projects;
5. Appian certification is a plus;
6. Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
7. Problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail;
8. Analytical mindset with critical thinking;
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
10. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset;
11. Ability to clearly express and present opinions supported by objective arguments;
12. Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
